A rainy fortnight in May

So that was a super busy 14 days. 14-whole-days since I last had two minutes to write a super quick post, will you forgive me?

Chatsworth Horse Trials, long walks at Kedleston Hall, boozy lunches at Harvey Nichols, long dinners at Balthazar and crazy nights at Windows, The Dorchester and Whisky Mist - throw in a load of lovely client work, seemingly endless Skypes, an all nighter for a print deadline, the odd headache or two and never ending rain and you're nearly there.

I'm exhausted.

And tomorrow I'm off camping with 13 adults, 6 children and 2 dogs.

And I wouldn't have it any other way.

Goodbye May xo

Happy Ever After

I believe in Happy Ever After, don't you? So this week I made a decision i've been mulling over for a L-O-N-G time and finally went for it.

Ooh i'm such a tease.

But as usual there were flowers and pretty going on too xo

Hello May

Hello May,
So far you have been quite bonkers.
My feet haven't touched the ground.
Fancy pants do's in London town, camping in the hills, dinners with friends, rain - endless rain, sunshine, hangovers, exciting work, not so happy client {this occasionally will happen people - gotta take the rough with the smooth} but very happy days.

Just as I like it xo

V&A Wedding Dresses

We went to a swanky champagne reception at the Victoria and Albert museum to celebrate the opening of their latest exhibition dedicated to all things wedding dress.

And it was awesome.

Celebsville with a smattering {actually bloody loads - I went home a trifle squiffy} of the sparkly stuff and a private view of the wonderful dresses made for a super fun evening indeed. xo
